We first brought ShadowSocks to VPNCity back in April 2019. After a million connections we decided things needed to change!

Better must get better!

The first thing we’ve changed is decided to use the libev fork of ShadowSocks. Why? Mainly so we could support AES-256-GCM…

What the heck is AES-256-GCM?

Without going into geek speak, AES-256-GCM provides a better way to “fly under the radar”… Be more stealth online!

This will give you the peace of mind that your traffic is less likely to be detected and offers far greater privacy and protection. We have also enhanced it so that you can select the type of encryption that you wish to use when setting up your ShadowSocks server.

We’ve added more locations too! Including Singapore, New York and London

I bet I’ve peaked your interest now? So go check it out, and become stealth online
