I hope you’ve been using your free Beta access and I’d like to give you a quick update on what’s coming up over the next few weeks!
First off, I have exciting news! Alright…. so I’ve told you already, but as part of our Beta Access program, we’ve just extended everyone’s free VPN for another month.
Why, I hear you ask?
The more people using the VPN the better! It helps stress test our systems and some of you even give us a little feedback. Thanks!
The past few weeks have been hectic but we’ve rolled out a shiny new iOS app which you can find in the Apple Store, or by clicking here.
We’ve also rolled out a new browser extension for both Chrome and Firefox allowing you to quickly mask your browser and hide behind a secure VPN. This is a must have, so let me drop you another link to click!
Buffering ain’t cool!
Over the next week we have new dedicated streaming servers coming online all over the world. So you movie lovers can stream to your heart’s content.
You’ll notice in the server list in your chosen app that there will be locations marked Optimized For Streaming. The first location to go live will be New York shortly followed by other locations. You should see it pop up in the server list in just a few days! These servers are specifically designed to work with the likes of Netflix and Amazon prime.
We keep getting asked when we will add more VPN locations. Well we already have 10 locations how many more do you guys need?! Ok… I agree, we need more, and we plan to add over 50 locations in the next 6 months!
I can’t forget the good news for you Apple lovers. We will be rolling out VPNCity app for MacOS within the next 10 days, so keep your eyes peeled.
