Back in October, I promised that Wireguard would be released in the next 2 weeks. By my calculation, I was a little late with my prediction!
But Fear Not!
We have finally released our Wireguard integration with VPNCity. A bit late… Yes, but as that famous saying goes, better late than never.
All users now have the ability to fire up a Wireguard VPN with VPNCity by clicking on the Wireguard tab inside your control panel.
To get started follow these steps:
- Head over to My Account
- Enable Wireguard on your account (click enable!)
- Choose one of the many Cities that offer Wireguard
- Either Scan the QR code direct in the Wireguard App or download and load the config
What do I need to know?
Wireguard has not been built into the VPNCity Apps… The reason being that Wireguard is still very much in its early stages of release and we felt that it was better to simply support the existing Wireguard app’s.
Wireguard supports all major operating platforms, Android/iOS/Windows/Linux/Mac.
