Jayson has nearly a decade of working in the VPN industry originally in building Customer Support teams and later in leadership and senior management. With his years of insight and customer knowledge gained from running major VPNs such as Private Internet Access and WeVPN, he understands the customer journal throughout their VPN experience.

Jayson is responsible for providing leadership and direction of VPNCity whilst ensuring the values and manifesto of VPNCity are adhered to.
